Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Shipping Time

Shipping time depends on your selected shipping method and location. Estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout.

Order Confirmation

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details. After your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Delays

While we strive to meet our processing and shipping timelines, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, high order volume, or carrier issues. If your order is significantly delayed, our team will contact you with updates.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. This only applies to items that does not correspond with the description or the pictures. for example, if an item is not the same size as written on the website or not in the same condition that is on the pictures

We also have a 30-day return policy on unauthentic items, if you receive an item and you doubt its authenticity, contact us. Item will only be refunded if proven to be fake within 30 days and if proven that the item really comes from us, Lines & Laces.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with all the same accessories that came with it (box, tags, etc.). You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
